WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT MR. ANSBACHER: HOW HE CAN CAPITALIZE ON BOTH BULL & BEAR MARKETS, HIS SECRETS TO SUCCESS, AND HOW HE CAN PERSONALLY TRADE FOR YOU?

Background   [Expand]
Many refer to Max Ansbacher as the "Michael Jordan" of money management. And for good reason. Over approximately the past five years, he has outperformed the S&P 500, the Wall Street Journal's #1 stock picking firm, Paine Webber, and even Warren Buffett's company, Berkshire Hathaway.
Mr. Ansbacher's Investment Vehicle   [Expand]
Question, on average, have you made or lost money buying options (puts or calls)? Mr. Ansbacher employs a unique proprietary trading strategy to sell ("writing") puts and calls on the S&P 500 futures stock index contract. His approach takes advantage of a well-known fact of trading life, to wit: Most buyers of options lose money. And that's not the entire story. The money which investors lose does not actually disappear into thin air. Since trading in options is a zero sum game, any money which an options buyer loses by definition becomes a profit to the options seller. Over time, this truism can amount to a major trend which often leads to a significant transfer of wealth away from options buyers and into the pockets of options sellers. For this reason, Mr. Ansbacher has chosen to be an options seller using the proprietary techniques and parameters he has developed over a span of almost three decades.
Mr. Advantages Of Selling Options On The S&P 500 Versus Individual Stocks   [Expand]
Mr. Ansbacher has devoted the better part of 25 years to perfecting the art of option writing. This is the same strategy that, according to a Forbes article, over a three-year period, earned Dell more money than selling computers. Mr. Ansbacher specializes in writing options on the S&P 500 Index. Microsoft, Dell, Pfizer, GE, Coke, ATT, IBM, and many of the best-run, financially sound companies in America comprise the S&P 500 Index. As opposed to selling options on individual stocks that comprise the Index, Mr. Ansbacher sells options on the S&P 500 Index itself. He feels trying to find the one big winner out of the 500 stocks that comprise the Index is like trying to find the proverbial needle in the haystack. According to Mr. Ansbacher, it's more prudent to sell options on the Index itself. In support of his opinion, he points to the historical fact that today's winners in the S&P 500 may be tomorrow's dogs. But the overall S&P 500 Index has over time been one of the best performing of all stock indices. Metaphorically speaking, Mr. Ansbacher believes, trading the individual stocks in the S&P Index is equivalent to an archer having to hit the bullseye, while trading the S&P Index is the equivalent of the archer only having to hit the target, not the bullseye. Furthermore, when buying stocks, in order to be profitable, the stock must move higher. However, employing Mr. Ansbacheršs strategy of selling options on the S&P 500, in addition to moving in his position's direction, the market can move slightly against his position, stay flat, or move sideways, and still be profitable!
MR. ANSBACHER'S COMMENTS ON THE STOCK MARKET   [Expand]
As an options writer, Mr. Ansbacher can either sell calls or puts on the S&P 500 Index. For the past five years, he has generally been bullish on the market and has sold puts. However, Mr. Ansbacher brings out a very interesting and provocative point:

"The bull market obviously can't go on forever. However, I'm not going to try to second-guess when the bull market will end. I'll use my Ansbacher Index and other proprietary technical indicators in an effort to determine when a bear market begins. When that happens, instead of writing puts, I'll write calls on the S&P 500 Index. I have the flexibility of capitalizing on both bull and bear markets in stocks. But what are the majority of mutual funds, who can only buy and not short stocks, going to do when a real bear market begins? If they have to sell in order to try to minimize their losses, they can create a significant downward spiral with the huge amount of stocks they have outstanding. With my trading program's ability to be able to capitalize just as easily on a bear or bull market, this could potentially present some extraordinary opportunities."
AN IDEAL MEANS OF PORTFOLIO DIVERSIFICATION   [Expand]
Mr. Ansbacher has outperformed the stock market during one of its greatest bull runs in history. If the market continues its bull run, Mr. Ansbacher stands ready to perform. But what if the long-awaited bear market does arrive? What investment strategy do you have to help protect your portfolio and capitalize on a bear market? Mr. Ansbacher's versatile trading approach enables him to capitalize equally on a bear or bull market. With Mr. Ansbacher's outstanding credentials, experience, performance, and versatile trading approach, we can't think of a better money manager to add profound diversification to a stock investor's portfolio!*
A SERIOUS HEDGE FOR A STOCK PORTFOLIO   [Expand]
Mr. Ansbacher's performance record stands on its own merits and by itself could be an excellent investment.* However, his investment program could also produce high enough returns so that a small portion in a stock portfolio could provide an important lift to the earnings of the overall portfolio. Assume, for example, that 90% of a given portfolio is invested in the stock market and 10% is invested with Mr. Ansbacher. If its stocks rose 3% and Mr. Ansbacher achieved a 30% profit, the entire portfolio's profit would rise from 3% to 5.7%, an increase of 90%.
